At Zaniti, we carefully select and engage subprocessors who share our commitment to privacy and data protection. This policy outlines how our subprocessors may process, handle, and safeguard your data while supporting the delivery of our services.

Zaniti engages a limited set of trusted third-party service providers (subprocessors) to support the delivery of our products and services. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf, subject to strict confidentiality, security, and data-use obligations. We regularly review our subprocessors, update this list when changes occur, and notify customers in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Current Subprocessors

1. Hosting and Infrastructure

Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud hosting, storage, networking
Cloudflare: content delivery network, DDoS protection, security

2. Databases and Storage

MongoDB Atlas: managed database services
Redis (Redis Inc.): caching and session storage

3. Payments and Billing

Stripe: payment processing and billing services

4. Email, Notifications, and Support

SendGrid: transactional and marketing email delivery
Intercom: customer support ticketing and live chat

5. Monitoring, Logging, and Security

Sentry: application monitoring and error tracking
Datadog: performance monitoring and infrastructure analytics

6. AI and Machine Learning (MVP phase)

Google (Gemini via LangChain): language model services used in limited MVP experiments to refine review logic

Customer Responsibilities

Enterprise accounts: Customers using Zaniti Business or Education deployments may enable additional integrations. In those cases, your organization controls which subprocessors are engaged.
Notifications: We provide advance notice of new subprocessors whenever required under applicable law or customer agreements.
